Answer / Solution

This Tech Note provides a detailed example of setting up the LAN-Cell 2 to use dynamic DNS via the DynDNS.com service. Other dynamic DNS service providers follow a similar procedure.

Dynamic DNS services are required if you need to access the LAN-Cell remotely over the Internet but your ISP (cellular carrier) does not provide you with a static IP address.
