|AirCard 341U modem does not work in Windows/Mac/Linux after being used the LAN-Cell or PocketPORT routers|
|Answer / Solution|
The LAN-Cell and PocketPORT routers may automatically change the Sprint/Netgear AirCard 341U's operating mode to "IP Pass-Through" so that it allows remote access to the routers and devices attached to them. IP Pass-Through Mode disables the embedded web server on the 341U modem, preventing the modem from working normally in Windows, Mac and Linux PC's.
Use the Netgear utilities from the links below to disable IP Pass-Through Mode and allow the device to be accessed via its web interface.
