The LAN-Cell 2 3G router offers state-of-the-art wireless security features including advanced encryption, WLAN subnet traffic segregation, local user and RADIUS database authentication, bandwdith management and policy routing. Multiple SSIDs and security profiles are supported along with adjustible 802.11 output power levels to let you fine-tune your deployment. The built-in SPI firewall allows you to futher control how traffic flows between all of the LAN-Cell's interfaces.

Deployment flexibility is enhanced with external antenna jacks for both the 802.11 and cellular antennas. Proxicast offers a range of antennas for both indoor and outdoor use including omni-directional, directional, and high-gain requirements. Our Card-Lock and Card-Guard features totally enclose the cellular PC-Card modem and ensure that it is not damaged or removed unintentionally. The LAN-Cell 2 also supports client roaming among access points, allowing you to provide an unlimited coverage area for your WiFi users.
