Sales Tax Exemption

Proxicast is required to collect sales tax in the following states:

• California
• Maryland
• Michigan
• Minnesota
• North Carolina
• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Washington

In addition, beginning April 1, 2026:

• Kansas
• Ohio

Sales taxes will be automatically calculated and added to your order.

If you are a tax exempt organization, please create a username on our site and send a copy of your Sales Tax License or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to SalesTax@proxicast.com or fax a copy to 1-412-492-9386 before placing your order online.  We will notify you once your account has been marked as tax exempt.

We are unable to refund sales taxes collected on sales made prior to receiving your sales tax exemption form.
